THE BOTTLE SHOP AT MCEWEN RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ORDER RETURNS:

 

Alcohol and any other consumable item (mixers, syrups, food, etc) purchased in-store or online for delivery or pick-up can not be returned.

If you find the product flawed or damaged within seven days after purchase, call or email us and we will work to find a solution.

Any approved return of alcohol will be issued in the form of a replacement product or store credit.

 

Non-alcoholic items, such as glassware, bar tools, books etc, can be returned for a full refund or exchange up to 7 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in. Please save your receipt.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

 

If an order needs to be canceled, please call our customer service team at (615) 807-1656 immediately. Please note: orders are processed for delivery as soon as possible to meet The Bottle Shop at McEwen’s 60 minute delivery window. Due to these circumstances, The Bottle Shop at McEwen can’t guarantee the availability of changes or cancellation to any order once it has been placed.

 

Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. The Bottle Shop at McEwen will not make any refunds or exchanges for orders that were delivered and signed for.
